Produced in the appasimento style from Muscat, the grapes are dried on straw mats and grates for 3 months in ventilated greenhouses. 30-40% of the wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, with further maturation in steel for several additional months.
A concentrated dessert wine, aromas of apricot and orange peel erupt from the glass, with hints of acacia honey offering rich touches to this wine's bright, fresh character.
