Grapes are destemmed, and fermentation on the skins takes 7-10 days, before malolactic fermentation and aging under steel.

A bright Montepulciano with crisp acidity surrounding a core of dried cherries, leaves, spice and leather, finishing with a return to gripping, dusty tannins.
