This Pinot Grigio is sourced from 5 hectares of vines in sandy-clay soil. Grapes are harvested in late August, then destemmed and soft pressed. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts, followed by refinement for 4-5 months. Finally, this Pinot Grigio is bottled to rest for 2 months.
Crisp lemon zest notes float along a delicate balance of white peach and light floral aromas, lifted by vibrant acidity through the refreshing finish.
