Cococciola Spumante Brut
Produced from a rare vine, native to the Frentana region, grapes are pressed and fermented without maceration, before aging in steel at controlled temperatures. A second fermentation in autoclave follows, per the Martinotti Method.
This delicate sparkler is laced with delicious aromas of toasted apple and bright white peach, carried over the light bubble into an almond finish.
