Fine Dolce Marsala
From clay soil vineyards in Trapani, the grapes are soft pressed and receive slow fermentation. The must is fortified before the wine is aged 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels, 500 hl each.
The result is a wine of dark amber color, full of date and apricot notes that tie into a lively, dried-fruit finish with plenty of lift and fresh acidity.
