Querciavalle Vin Santo del chianti classico
Produced from Malvasia and Trebbiano, the grapes are dry hung until as late as the end of November, with the must then pressed in small oak kegs (caratellli) for 10 years. Sumptuous notes of white-peach and pineapple are harmoniously integrated into a supple structure, lifted by fresh acidity and a finish of almond and honey aromas.
