Querciavalle riserva Chianti classico

A single-vineyard Riserva, the grapes are hand-harvested before fermentation and maceration in steel are followed by malolactic fermentation in cement. The wine is elevated for 24-30 months in 53hl Slavonian oak casks, with 3-6 months in bottle. With tempting, dusty tannins, notes of black-cherry, toast and vanilla erupt from the glass, given lift by vibrant acidity.
