Millennium Gran selezione chianti classico

From a selection of the finest grapes from the oldest Losi vineyards, this wine undergoes fermentation in steel, with malolactic fermentation in cement. 36 months in small French oak casks, follows, with 6 months to rest in the bottle. A full, luscious display of Chianti Classico's distinct terroir and character, the elegant tannic structure carries across notes of raspberry compote, plum tart, cigar-box and sumptuous, dark spices.
