Querciavalle chianti classico

From Losi's historic Querciavalle estate, which holds the oldest autochtonous clone of the Chianti Sangiovese vine. The hand-picked vineyards are on south-facing hills, with Galestro marl and Albarese limestone soil. After fermentation in steel and malo, the wine spends 12-18 months in oak casks, and 3-6 months in bottle. In the glass, this classic red shows bright cherry notes across a melody of earth and wild violets.
