Sourced from sandy vineyards at the foothills of Trento and Vallagarina. After harvest, the grapes are pressed in a sealed environment, with fermentation taking place at supervised temperatures using selected yeasts.
This wine shows bright notes of pear drop and golden apple, lifted by fresh acidity and hints of white flowers.
