Soave Classico

From grapes harvested in early October. The harvest is soft pressed and cold macerated, with fermentation taking place for 3 weeks, with maturation on light lees.

A bright florality is woven throughout notes of peach, lemon zest and almond. Juicy acidity forms a lifted finish.
