Custoza
A blend largely based around Garganega and Trebbiano Toscana, all harvested in early October, before a soft pressing. A small proportion of the Garganega matures on its lees for 4 months, and the rest of the wine is vinified on their lees until the following May.
With maturation taking a total of 6 months, the resulting wine carries a rich profile of ripe pluot, pear-tart and light herbal, mint aromas.
