Sauvignon Friuli Colli Orientali

BOTTLESHOT BUTTRIO SAUVIGNON.png

Produced from Sauvignon Blanc in the Sotto Castello vineyard, from hillside vines grown in marl and sandstone. The vines age 15-25 years, and minimal intervention is used in the vineyard. Grapes are hand-picked, then soft pressed, before stainless-steel fermentation and 6-8 months maturing on the lees.

A full, velvety Sauvignon, this wine bursts with fresh melon and exotic fruit aromas, backed by hints of crisp green leaf and sage.
