Pinot Grigio Friuli Colli Orientali
Sourced from hillside vineyards of marl and sandstone soils, as little environmental impact is made on the vines, before grapes are hand-picked in small cases. They are then soft pressed, with fermentation in stainless steel, and 6-8 months on the lees.
Juicy citrus and peach notes are layered among elegant hints of white flowers and dried grass. Bright acidity maintains harmony through the finish.
