Sourced from 50 hectares in Valdichiana of sandy-clay vineyards, grapes are hand-picked and sorted before undergoing a cold pressing and prolonged maceration. The wine is then refined under steel for 6-12 months. This enhances the energy of this Sangiovese's delicate cherry and rose aromas, marked by the slightest hint of green leaf.
