Vigna Pedale Riserva Castel del Monte

From Nero di Troia vineyards grown in calcareous-clay soil, and trellised vines, fermentation starts with a long maceration. Ageing is done in steel for 8 months, followed by another 12 under wood, creating a harmony of exciting red cherry, dark mineral aromas, and rounded spice and cocoa notes.
