Made in the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle, this Cava is sourced from clay and calcareous vineyards in Upper and Central Penedès. The select harvest is pressed and then evaluated for the best must, before the wine is aged 24 months on its lees.
Light, crisp bubbles are woven through this sparkler, with vibrant pear and green apple aromas springing from the glass, emboldened by elegant floral notes. Hints of brioche and vanilla carry through the lifted finish.
