Barolo
Sourced from only 8 hectares of vineyards in the Barolo and Monforte communes. After harvest, this Barolo’s grapes are crushed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at controlled temperatures. Following vinification this wine spends 20 months in 50hl French oak casks, barriques, and stainless steel.
A deep, complex core forms in the glass, showing black currant, earth, leather and espresso, giving lift from fresh acidity woven throughout its full frame.
