From a single hectare of vineyards in Alba and Treiso/Sottozono Meruzzano, the wine is vinified in steel, with a 14 day fermentation, before it spends 14 months in 50hl French oak casks.

The result is a darker presentation of blackberry, liquorice, tobacco and smokey spice.
