This Mendoza red is the richest of Domiciano’s night-harvested wines. It spends 1 year in a combination of American and French oak, and then 8 months of rest in bottle.
In this time, its tannic structure becomes plush, and its aromas concentrate for maximum complexity and persistence. This develops into a display of black plum, cassis and baking spices, all carried through the mocha finish.
