Cosecha Nocturna Malbec

Mendoza

Named for the winery’s “night harvests”, this Mendoza Malbec is sourced from grapes harvested during cool, April evenings. Following a 5-day cold maceration, the wine ferments on selected yeasts for 15 days. Finally, it spends 10 months in equal proportions of American and French oak, before release.

A wine of deep concentration, its black fruit and tobacco aromas carry over juicy tannins, all matched by a vibrant streak of mineral and earth through the finish.
