Sourced from the estate's Monastrell and Syrah vineyards, this Jumilla ages for a minimum of twelve months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. The winery's goal is to maintain the grapes' natural, fresh red fruit and acidity, resulting in a profile of bright cherry, soft plum, and hints of white pepper, toasted herbs and tobacco leaf.
