Castillo de Jumilla Organic Monastrell

From an organic harvest, grown without herbicides, insecticides or any other chemicals that might alter the resulting wine. Native yeasts are used for fermentation. In the glass, this Monastrell is a classic display of present but round tannins that support notes of red plum, raspberry, vanilla and earth.
