Sardo Vermentino di Sardegna

From sandy soils in Florinas, 400 meters above sea level, the vines behind this wine are approximately 40 years old and only ever manually harvested. The wine spends 6-8 months in stainless steel on its lees, before it evolves into a bright white of crisp minerality, fresh citrus and racy acidity.
