This cuvée is sourced from vines 30 years of age. Following fermentation under steel, L’Insoumise’s Prestige wine spends 12 months in new oak barrels, and another year under old oak after that.
Notes of juicy black cherry erupt from the glass, lifted by aromas of earth and toasted vanilla through the supple finish.
