Chemin de Compostelle Cahors Malbec

Named for the pilgrims of St Jacques de Compostelle, who made Cahors' wines famous, this red is produced from grapes grown in limestone and gravelly soil. Maceration takes place in stainless-steel vats, with further aging in cement and under steel, preserving the wine’s fresh blackberry aromas, lively acidity, and slightest hints of earth and spice.
