A pure expression of the estate’s terroir, this wine is sourced from selected parcels of clay and limestone soil, averaging 50 years of age. Production, itself, is performed with minimum intervention, and takes place in steel. This preserves the wine's natural, velvety structure, and its concentrated display of blackcurrant and anise.
