Monbazillac Cuvée Sélectionée
Produced mainly from Sémillon, this late-harvest white is sourced from vines averaging 45 years of age. Following a manual harvest, the wine is pressed and spends 12 months maturing in large barrels.
The end result is a plush display of honey and dried white stone-fruit, with touches of candied citrus zest and energetic acidity to maintain harmony.
