VIEUX MOULIN LUSSAC LACOSTE.png

Lussac-Saint-Emilion Cuvée lacoste de roques

75% Merlot — 25% Cabernet Sauvignon

A structured, giving wine, this red is harvested from a large vineyard of limestone and clay soil within the Sublett family’s estates. Fermentation and maceration take place under steel, followed by 8 months of ageing in 3-year-old barrique and bottle before release. This makes for generous notes of plum, white spices and a touch of green leaf across the juicy body.
