65% Merlot — 25% Cabernet Franc — 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from 6 hectares grown in clay, silt and sand soils, vinification takes place in stainless steel under thermo regulation, with a 2 to 3 week maceration. This is followed by maturation in French oak for 12 months, of which half the oak are new barrels

Rich black currant and plum notes mingle beautifully in the glass, in perfect harmony with hints of espresso and green leaf through the bright, gripping finish.
