Renzo and Vania Montesel continue their family’s generations-old tradition of wine production in the Colfosco region of the Veneto. They take great pride in the hilly landscape on which they work, reflected in their refusal to use herbicides in their vineyards, and in their manual, hand-picked harvests. The pure quality of their wines does, of course, reflect this. Indeed, Montesel’s Extra Dry Vina del Paradiso was honored when it was poured at the All Africa Inauguration Ball for Barack Obama in 2009
