Gavi di Gavi

From four vineyards: Groppella, La Chiara, Raviola and Rinina. The harvest is entirely by hand, and the grapes are placed into small creates before a soft pressing, and 6 months resting in stainless steel.

The result is a delicate white of bright pear and honeydew aromas, backed by energetic acidity and a crisp, mineral texture.
