Bordeaux Supérieur

64% Merlot — 36% Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from limestone soils in Cubzac-les-Ponts, from vines averaging 30 years of age, this wine begins with a cold pre-fermentation maceration for one week. Following maceration, one third of the wine is then aged under oak.

A warm, generous Bordeaux, notes of cherry and raspberry tart come to the forefront, strengthened by aromas of toast and sandalwood, all finishing with hints of baking spice.
