de Bernard CuvÈe Prestige Vino Spumante

To produce this vintage sparkler, grapes are sourced from Glera vines in Valdobbiadene, with a small percentage of Trebbiano added. Harvest takes place in late-September and early-October. Secondary fermentation takes place on the lees in large tanks, for 3 months, resulting in this lively, extra-dry bottling.

This process enhances aromas of golden apple, peach and white flowers, laced across the core of small, refreshing bubbles, all leading to the bright, mineral-laced finish.
